Gun Dog Programs
Basic Gundog
This is a four month course. In this course, we will cover all the basics which give your dog the skills to be a reliable hunting partner.
Skills taught:
•Obedience
•Collar conditioning
•Working from dog stands and blinds
•Working through decoys on land and in the water
•Making your dog steady to shot
•Basic handling skills
Advanced Gundog
This is an eight month course. This program builds upon the skills learned in the Basic Program by adding more complex concepts.
•Multiple marks on land and in the water
•Your dog will learn to honor other working dogs
•More advanced handling skills
•Completion of blind retrieves on land and in the water
